BA 100 lift was designed and engineered combining a new design with the latest technology. The result is a new vertical platform lift with low energy consumption and noiseless work because of belt-driven system. Belt-driven system is smooth running, silent and without any jerky starts and stops. The combination of a high efficiency solutions and belt drive system makes 400 kg capacity of BA 100 lift more compact and smoother to ride to 13 m height and to reach nominal 0,15 m/s speed. BA 100 lift is made in the compliance with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and EC-type tested.

 BA 100 application

BA 100 lift‘s compact design requires ~10% less floor area than an equivalent screw drive machine because of the drive motor on the platform and guide rails deployment. Modern construction hides the lift mechanisms and 4 glass walls of the shaft extend an inner space of the lift. For outside use we also offer proper options for steel panels or glass cladding shaft. Aluminium parts are anodized and all steel parts are powder coated to avoid corrosion. BA 100 can be installed directly on the floor. Self-sustaining shaft construction is available with supporting beams fixation. Front, rear and adjacent entry doors we can offer with automatic opener devices and remote control possibility which ensures a high quality of user‘s life. Doors have an opening of 940 mm for 1165 x 1485 mm platform and at least 740 mm for special sizes of platforms. We can offer door height 2100 mm, also 1300 mm high gates option for the top floor when transfer is less than 3 m. BA 100shaft wall sections compose from sandwiches of steel panels or tempered glass. Due to personalize your design decisions we supply non-satandard glass sizes under your measurements (max height 1050 mm).

Strong security equipment

BA 100 lift uses less energy due to motor, which requires only 0.6 kW power and belt drive combination assures low operation cost. Full safety equipment with manual and electrical emergency lowering device is always equipped in the standard. BA 100 lift has reliable safety circle and suitable protection – emergency stop and alarm device, overspeed governor, frequency converter, motor overload, safety gear fully operate safety system. There is a control of belt condition. An ergonomical and functional deployment of the push buttons and hold-to-run control ensure easy and comfortable lifting process.
Barduva improved a technical support. BA 100 lift has connection to the main controller with diagnostic board which makes an easier fault finding. This diagnotic module helps to follow the states of many electrical parametres of BA 100 in real time. There is possibility to change control parametres of the system using internet in WEB server module, also an information can be sent to individual users or to serves by GSM channel when SIM card will be inserted in the module.
